In 1993 I was diving off the Coast of Maine during the height of Urchin diving. I decided that year to become an instructor and further my career in diving. I attended Capt. Slates Scuba Adventures in Key Largo, Fl and became a YMCA Scuba Instructor. As time went by I became an instructor for SSI, CMAS and NAUI.
